It has been a bit hectic of late, and I’ve not really felt like writing about it for some reason. My focus has moved away from blogging. All I seem to want to do now is watch River Cottage and add things to my wishlist. Never mind.

I’ve moved back to my Mum’s house for a bit of money saving, which is bizarre. It feels like I never left.

Having not been to work since the middle of February, I ended up getting signed off sick for 2 weeks. I then went back and got signed off for another 2 weeks, but in that time I managed to land myself an interview with a company called Rokk Media. Following the interview, I was offered the job of junior website developer, and happily took it. I am so very excited to get back into the website development industry, and have many, many plans for my future. Thankfully my sick note covered me up until the day I start with Rokk, so I don’t have to go back to SiTEL at all. Thank fuck. 6 weeks away from that place has been fantastic.

I have also stopped taking my anti-depressants. They helped me get through various things, and now I don’t feel like I need to be on them, and that I can tackle the rest of my problems by myself. Unfortunately the side effects of doing this have made me feel very dizzy and nauseous, which I’m not particularly fond of.

Anyway, there are lots of things I’d like to do, and one of them involves turning this website into a portfolio and moving my blog elsewhere. More to come. I need a new keyboard, this thing is awful.
